Nice. I want the option to decline priority mail. I live that it arrived in about. 7 days. But sometimes I don't need tulle that quickly so it would be nice to avoid priority mail charges.

Lovely Ribbon - Slow Shipping & Handling

This is my second purchase from Tulle Shop. One cannot beat their fabulous ribbons and prices, however I was disappointed by the amount I was charged for shipping and the length of time it took for my item to finally make it in the mail. Fast shipping, it is not.
