How do I return an item?
Refund/Return Policy: Original sales receipt must accompany returns. We only accept returns for refunds within 15 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused conditions" if any items returned do not meet policy and are opened/have of use they will not be refunded. A 20% Restocking fee from merchandise total is applicable to all returns, no exceptions.
Please note any packages returned to shipper because of invalid addresses will only be refunded for subtotal, shipping will not be refunded.
If any packages are refused/returned to shipper by customer then the return postage will be deducted from refund along with the 20% restocking fee. We do not cover return postage for refused packages.
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: • -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way • -within 15 calendar days of the delivery date (after 15 days no returns are allowed) • -must not be a special order or a custom order • - If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Again, you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 15 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

What if I receive defective merchandise? To file a claim for defective merchandise please email us within 7 days of receiving your order to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include your order number, detailed description of damages, approximate length/width affected and photographs of damage. Once information is received we will process a claim for a replacement or refund within 24-48 hours. Any claims filed past 7 days will not be accepted. Please take into consideration that we cannot file any claims for product that has been used knowingly that it's damaged. By using defective product, thereby you forfeits any and all rights to resolution of replacement or refund claims.
