About International Shipping
To ship to the countries listed above, place your order using Tulleshop.com Checkout. Tulleshop uses USPS & FedEx International for all international orders. Please note that you are responsible for paying all duties and taxes incurred. Refer to the Duties and Taxes section below for additional information.
Identity & Credit Card Verification
To provide top tier security for our customers, Tulleshop.com reserves the right to request identity verification via fax. If we do not receive verification of identity via fax within 3 days of our request, the order will be canceled.
Orders are usually packed within 1-3 business days. International orders are usually delivered within 5-10 business days from the order's ship date. USPS First Class International may take 4 weeks to deliver a package. Tracking number is not available for USPS First Class International Package.
If you choose Worldwide Expedited service, it will be shipped via FedEx, USPS or UPS depends on the cost, weight, and destination. Typically, it takes 5-7 days to arrive. However, depends on different' country's import regulation, custom can hold your package for inspection which can delay the delivery.
All Shipping Rates are automatically calculated based on the weight from USPS and FedEx Database Center.
Duties & Taxes
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Tulleshop cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information, please contact your local customs office. In the event that the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment.
